The
imaginal vision
reveals when man renounces to the dominant and possessive perspective
of his sight which -by dismissing- becomes contemplative and receptive,
able to recognise the marks of the innumerable weave of reticular
affinities which, according to the hermetic
theories, crosses all the
forms of being. |

- Bicocca University.

Twisting
the sight to the direction of its East, of its imaginative pole rooted
into the material of the world and of its invisible but persistent
texture, one enters the imaginal world,
that is the world of the visions, of the art, of the spiritual bodies
that images become when they |
| |
balance the sensible pole with the intellectual one.
It is the imaginal
that can save our
sight from its deterioration, which can grant a meaningful, rooted,
fertile vision, able to endure the inflation of “ idola
” and simulacra that nowadays
the obscenity of the visible daily celebrates and, through this
pharmacopoeia, can
modify the position of man
in the world, restoring his
original sight and ceasing the long
time abuse on nature and on the symbolic dimension of spiritual life. |
